Clean Frisco.com and Sonlight Cleaning were founded by Cathy Reichert in 1986.  As a entrepeneur at heart, and some window washing equipment, Cathy started with hands on and hard work to develop the cleaning that was necessary to clean commercial facilities.  After hiring her second employee, she took the role as administrator and Operations.  Born and raised in the DFW metroplex, Cathy  learned the value that every facility needs and the necessary nightly cleaning that was expected of every building maintenance company.   Pursuing in the cleaning industry,  and learning how the right care and knowledge could enhance the industry, Sonlight Cleaning Service, Inc. was launched.  Using the cutting edge technology in administration and new and advanced tools in the industry, Sonlight continues to use training, supervision, and the lastest tools to give our customers the very best in the industry.  She promised herself to always provide value and outstanding service, regardless of how large her business grew.

In 1994, Sonlight opened it's facility in Fort Worth with a warehouse to offer cleaning and janitorial supplies for the commercial facilities that were being serviced.  As word spread, so did the area and territory of Sonlight Cleaning.  In 2001, additional services were added in carpet cleaning, power washing and floor refinishing.  These services were vital to most of our customers, and go without saying were highly recommended by most of our clients. Word of great deals and outstanding service quickly spread throughout the DFW region.  Soon, more clients, were asking of more services with the same quality, honesty and integrity that Cathy started the company with.

In 2005, other services were added such as minor water restoration, drywall repair, painting and general maintenance.  No need to run all over town to find the right building maintenance company.
